  • 1. How long will it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?
    On working days, we will reply to you within 2 hours after receiving your inquiry.
  • 2. Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
    We have a printing factory and a packaging factory, and we also have our own international trade department. We produce and sell our own products.
  • 3. What products can you provide?

    We mainly produce printed products, such as packaging boxes, customized handheld paper bags and a variety of high-end gift boxes.

  • 4. What are the main application areas of your products?
    Our technology and services cover almost all applicable fields in the printing and packaging industry, mainly including food packaging, electronic equipment packaging, cosmetic packaging, luxury packaging, moon cake gift boxes, wine gift boxes, and other types of packaging.
  • 5. Can you make customized products?
    Yes, we mainly make customized products. We develop and produce products based on the drawings or samples provided by customers.
  • 5. Do you produce standard parts?
    Yes, in addition to customized products, we can also provide self-sealing boxes and express boxes of various materials.
  • 6. What is your company’s production capacity?
    We have 12 new energy-saving and environmentally friendly printing and packaging production lines, including multiple fully automatic assembly lines. It can produce more than 20,000 tons of high-quality printing and packaging products every year.
  • 7. How many employees does your company have, and how many are technicians among them?

    The company currently has more than 100 employees, including 20 professional technicians and 10 engineers.

  • 8. How does your company ensure product quality?
    First of all, we will conduct corresponding inspections after each process. For the final product, we will conduct a full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards;
  • 9. What are the payment methods?
    When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, FOB (free on board), CIF (cif), CNF (cost and freight) or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 31% in advance and then pay the balance upon presentation of the bill of lading. Our payment methods are mostly T/T (telegraphic transfer) and online bank transfer. Of course, L/C (letter of credit) is also acceptable. As the number and frequency of cooperation increases, we can also support monthly balances.
  • 10. How are the goods shipped to customers?
    Usually we ship by sea, because we are in Shanghai, we are only 35 kilometers away from Shanghai International Port, and sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also transport them by air. Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Shanghai International Airport are both very close to us.
  • 11. Where do you mainly export your goods?
    Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries including the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia, and Canada.
  • 12. What is your production cycle?

    In the absence of outsourced processes, after formal confirmation of the manuscript, the production cycle for cardboard boxes is generally 8 working days, corrugated color boxes is 10 working days, gift boxes is 14 working days, and printing paper is 1 to 2 working days.

  • 13. Can you provide a destructive testing report for the product?

    Sure, customers need to inform their contact person in advance before placing an order.

  • 14. How many colors can your printing machine print?

    We currently have four Heidelberg printing machines each, supporting up to 7 colors and UV, all of which are in condition.

  • 15. What is the order quantity? Can I place an order below the standard quantity?

    Our order quantity for Kava boxes is 3000, and the gift box is 1000 sets. Of course, it is also possible to place orders below the standard quantity, but the fixed costs (logistics, mold, and start-up costs) for each order will be directly reflected in the unit price of the product.

  • 16. Do you charge for making samples?

    We charge for individual sample making (excluding structural samples). If the customer places an order based on the sample, we can refund the sample making fee after receiving payment.

  • 17. Can you provide outsourcing services?

    Yes, we provide high-quality outsourcing services, but the delivery date for outsourcing services may be unstable.
